The only thing to survive the apocalypse will be cockroaches and advertising. Next week Kaiden will be appearing in a piece of new writing with upcoming production company the No Brand Collective. A dark satire, NEWtopia tells the story of three men within the marketing industry who appear to be the only survivors following a mysterious apocalypse.
Kaiden plays Tony, a pragmatic intern who sets out to find the best solution to help keep everyone alive for as long as is possible in their post-apocalyptic dystopia. Tony’s cries of practical rationing and problem solving go unheard however, as his two colleagues Ian (Chris Keyna) and Patrick (Shaun Oxenham), argue about the best ways to save their stock prices and re-brand the end of human civilisation to keep any other survivors (if there are indeed any survivors) buying whatever it is the self-interested marketing executives have to sell.
