Following the success of A Christmas Carol: In The Dark last year, Kaiden will once again be working with London Contemporary Theatre this February in their latest production: Alan Bennett’s The History Boys. Lauded as the Nation’s favourite play, Alan Bennett’s famous comedy tells the story of a group of high achieving but unruly A-Level students. Caught between two very different styles of teaching by two eccentric and antithetic teachers, the boys juggle their teenage lives and the looming pressures of securing a place at university as they prepare for their Oxbridge entrance exams. Kaiden will be taking on the role of the student Lockwood.
This production will be directed by Luke Sheppard, known for being an associate director to the RSC’s West End and Broadway phenomenon Matilda: The Musical. The show will perform at South Hill Park Arts Centre‘s main space, The Wilde Theatre between 11th-15th February this year, more information and tickets available here.
