Kaiden has always been a lover of travel, however in 2008, after a 5-month excursion exploring the sights, sounds and cultures of the countries of South East Asia, he settled back to Britain, in Bath, Somerset, to begin training as an actor. In 2008 Kaiden joined Bath Spa University’s School of Music and Performing Arts and set off on his path to becoming a professional actor.
Bath Spa’s Performing Arts program was founded by the always inspirational Gunduz Kalic and during Kaiden’s tenure there was headed by the energetic and passionate Sam Grogan. As part of Bath Spa’s rigorous 3 year BA(Hons) Acting course (then titled Performing Arts), Kaiden gained a wealth of performance experience and trained extensively in a range of performance styles. In 2011 Kaiden graduated with First Class Honors and headed off to the bright lights of London.
Whilst at Bath Spa, Kaiden trained in theatrical styles including: Ancient Greek tragedy, classical Shakespearean tragedy, physical theatre, contemporary dance, Commedia dell’Arte, Dario Fo, stand-up comedy, devised theatre, immersive theatre, street theatre and improvisation. Kaiden also undertook a great deal of stage combat training in Bath under the tutelage of Gordon Kemp, receiving BASSC qualifications in unarmed, rapier & dagger, broadsword, knife and sword & shield combat. Kaiden has kept stage fighting since, honing his skills, and has served as fight captain on several occasions for different professional shows owing to this.
Now based in London, Kaiden is an intelligent, hardworking and enthusiastic actor who never shies from a challenge. He delivers consistently brave and honest performances, and is always looking for new and exciting roles that will push him as a performer.
